C.A. Truthwell is the pen name of Clayton A. Francis, a retired U.S. Navy veteran and devoted father whose disciplined mind and compassionate heart fuel his mission to challenge the stereotypes that have long distorted the image of Black fatherhood. 

Writing under a name that reflects both clarity and conviction, Truthwell blends lived experience, rigorous research, and a deep commitment to justice. 

He is the author of Breaking the Myth, the first book in the Myth Trilogy, with books two and three set to be announced in the future. This three-part series delves into cultural erasure, systemic advocacy, and emotional restoration for families misnamed by silence. 

Truthwell’s work is part of a broader movement to reclaim truth, restore dignity, and inspire generational change, particularly in the realm of Black fatherhood.
